About

I am a Master's student in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and a software engineer focused on building scalable, production-ready systems. My research interests lie at the intersection of natural language processing and trustworthy AI, with a particular focus on low-resource languages.

Research Interests

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Fake News Detection & Misinformation
  • Low-Resource and Bangla Language Processing
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Large Language Models
  • Trustworthy AI
  • Multi-Agent Systems

Bachelor of Science — Computer Science & Engineering

American International University — Bangladesh · January 2018 — September 2021

Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) — Science

MSc Thesis (In Progress)

Multi-Objective Optimization

University of Jyväskylä · Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence · September 2025 — Present (expected 2027)

My ongoing MSc thesis focuses on multi-objective optimization — methods for solving problems in which several conflicting objectives must be optimized simultaneously. Instead of a single best solution, such problems are characterized by Pareto-optimal trade-offs, where improving one objective comes at the cost of others.

Research Experience

Undergraduate Research Assistant

American International University — Bangladesh · 2021

  • Conducted background studies on fake news detection and imbalance handling in low-resource settings.
  • Collected and analyzed datasets; co-authored a paper presented at IC4IR 2021.

Professional Experience

Software Engineer (Remote)

Brand Cloud Inc., Tokyo, Japan · September 2023 — June 2026

  • Migrated CMS content storage to PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS) with zero downtime for end users, integrating backend services across the platform.
  • Grew a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application to 500+ users and 2,000+ documents processed per hour at peak, enabling queries over multiple LLMs with vector search, caching, and containerized (Docker) infrastructure.
  • Designed and maintained automated GitHub CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps practices, speeding up review turnaround on every pull request.
  • Mentored 2–3 junior engineers and established team-wide coding standards, improving sprint delivery consistency.
  • Shipped full-stack, business-critical features on a TypeScript/React (Next.js) stack, deployed and maintained on Vercel.

Junior Software Engineer

W3 Engineers Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh · November 2021 — August 2023

  • Contributed client-server integrations via REST/GraphQL APIs in Go and Node.js, covering roughly 40% of the platform's endpoints of a 30+ domain multi-tenant travel platform.
  • Contributed to the backend migration from Django to Go, helping significantly reduce response latency across the platform's core services.
  • Built data pipelines unifying property data from multiple external providers into a single schema, using parallel processing and Amazon SQS async messaging on AWS.
  • Built reusable, production Vue.js UI components powering 35% of the frontend of an enterprise network-monitoring application.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant

American International University — Bangladesh · May 2021 — August 2021

  • Provided academic support for the Web Technologies course (≈80 students).
  • Assisted in lesson planning and collaborated with faculty to identify learning gaps.
