What I need
1) Setup.exe

Setup:
1) Run Setup.exe
2) Copy Wincd.exe (16 bit) or Wincd32.exe to some of the
   dircetories in your path and name the copy Wincd.exe
   (I use C:\winnt)
3) Run Wincd and read more from Help file (32-bit version 
   help coming in future)
