The file emacs contains my emacs settings
Put it to your home directory under name .emacs (dot emacs), if you want emacs to highlight C++ syntax.

The file nanorc contains nano settings (by Petri Myöhänen),
Put it to your home directory under name .nanorc (dot nanorc) to get C++ highlighting on.
