Surrounder 2.0

Surrounder is Windows 3.1 program that creates from 8 or 16 bit mono WAV to stereo WAV so that sound source is advanced along path. Program encodes position information to the sound so that Dolby Surround decoders produces "3D" sound. But this program doesn't use any information from Dolby, that encoding algorithm is my own.

You may load latest stable version Surr207.zip (2.0.7). There are also one encoded example sound which can be used to demonstrate Surround decoding.
