Medieval Latin, history, philosophy, Heuristics, Paleography and two long papers in preparation of the M.A. thesis. In addition, students are required to choose a certain number of other courses from the courses belonging to the Medieval Studies Programme. It takes three years to obtain the degree in Medieval Studies. Holders of a Dutch Propedeuse, or an equivalent from a foreign university, to be approved by the Board of Exams, are admitted to the Medieval Studies Programme. Request may be directed to the Coordinator of Medieval Studies.
