Simplified poker (manual)

In this game, you play a very simple kind of poker against the same opponent ten times in a row. You opponent (player 1) is given either a good or a bad hand. He knows which hand he has received, but you do not. At this point, you opponent can either check, in which case your payoff is 1 if he has a good hand, or 3 if he has a bad hand. Alternatively, he can raise, in which case it is your turn.

You are player 2. Your task is to guess whether your opponent has a good or a bad hand. If he has a good hand, you will want to fold. If he has a bad hand, you will want to call.

If you call on a good hand, you get 0 points, while if call on a bad hand, you get 4 points. In both cases, your payoff is 1 if you fold.

Play against all four types of player. Find out your optimal strategy against each player.
