T-P Cheng and L-F. Li
Gauge theory of elementary particle physics, Oxford 1984
D.J. Amit and V. Martin-Mayor
Field theory, Renormalization group and critical phenomena, World Scientific, 2005
 

Of these by far the best fit to the course is Peskin and Schroeder. Moreover, Cheng and Li is excellent addition to many topics. Itzykson and Zuber and Kaku are not as well suited to our purposes, but provide good back up in formal issues. Amit and Martin-Mayor is very broad in issues related to renormalization group.
