Improvement of the elicitation method
A prerequisite of improvement is to document and measure the conducted elicitation process
The documents can be analysed on several levels
- global level: focus on dependencies between phases
- black-box: organisation of elicitation steps and dependencies
- white-box: steps and dependencies are examined in depth
From several aspects
- functional (functionality of the method)
- informational (data produced and consumed within the method)
- behavioural (dynamics of elicitation)
- organisational (participant roles, task allocation)
